Sometimes I think I might be too much of a "type-A" personality. I keep lists... lots of them. I love my lists. I like to keep them on notepaper made especially for list-taking, but when I can't find any then I will keep my lists on anything from a scrap of paper to my phone.
If you are anything like me then you're probably going to love this week's give-away. Straight from the gift shop of the Betsy-Tacy Society -- a 3½" x 8½" "Betsy making lists" notepad!
I love it and I wish I was taking notes on it, but I bought it specifically for this challenge, so some lucky reader will get the honor. Here's how you can enter to win:
1. You must be a participant in the Maud Hart Lovelace Reading Challenge.
2. You must be a resident of the USA.
3. You must be reading (or have read) a Maud Hart Lovelace book during this month. (We're nearly to the end, surely you've started something by now!)
4. Leave a comment stating what you are reading, or just finished reading by or before midnight on the 22nd (Friday night/Saturday morning).
Good luck!
THIS GIVE-AWAY IS NOW CLOSED.
I finished reading Betsy-Tacy and Tib last week and am half way through Betsy-Tacy Go Over the Big Hill. Really enjoying these books! :)
ReplyDeleteYou have such lovely giveaways. I'm a Canadian participant, but I'm still enjoying the parade of MHL temptations. And, yes, I started Betsy Tacy and Tib last night: the early books in the series are making for wonderful bedtime reading. So sweet.
ReplyDeleteI am reading Heaven to Betsy. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm still reading Betsy and Joe. :)
ReplyDeleteWe are reading -- and LOVING -- Betsy Tacy. We will finish up sometime this week, and start Betsy, Tacy and Tib.
ReplyDeleteTrina adores this! And her 6 year old brother doesn't want to be left out either. Thanks for the inspiration to do this!
(and a lovely bookmark is now holding our place... thank you!!)
I just finished Betsy Was a Junior last night. I'm amazed at how much depth there is in these seemingly fluffy highschool stories. Betsy really grow in these books.
ReplyDeleteI read Heaven to Betsy, but still need to post about it. Soon (right??)
