Leave of Absence

I have been putting of making this announcement for some time because I kept hoping my life would change and I could return to my regular schedule, but it has not and I now must face the facts. With everything that is expected of me I do not have any downtime to maintain a blog, let alone do anything much for entertainment. I don't even have time to read. (HORRORS!!!)

This phase of life should be temporary, in fact I'm hoping it to be over by the first of January (best case scenario) or the end of January (worst case scenario).

I am afraid I will lose all my regular readers during this leave of absence, but I hope that isn't the case. Please follow me on twitter as I still manage a tweet or three a day. If you don't have twitter then I encourage you to check back after the first of the year. As soon as I can return to a normal schedule I will post a notice.

Thanks and I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season!

Sometimes life gets crazy like that, especially at this time of the year. No worries ... we'll be here when you return.

Yup - I'm a subscriber and certainly won't unsubscribe. I hope life calms down, that you have a beautiful December with your family and have a chance to relax a little!

Same here! Take the time! However long you need; I'm a subsccriber and I'll get the message when you post again. We aren't going anywhere. Have a peaceful Christmas!

I've certainly been there :) And I'll stay subscribed. (I don't comment often, but I read all the time.)

I hope you have a great Christmas with your family.

Of course you won't lose your readers! I still have bloggers listed on my blog that haven't posted for months. A lot of people are going to be so busy this month they won't have a chance to read many blogs anyway. May this help bring some slow contentment to your Christmas season.

Life happens and we all get busy! But, their are more important things that need to come first! Hoping life settles for you a little bit after the new year!
Merry Christmas!

P.S. I am not going anywhere as well. Love your blog! :)

I'll be sticking around! I hope that you are able to enjoy your break and come back relaxed (or at the very least get done what you need to do).

This time of year is just insane and I'm planning to take a couple of weeks off from blogging soon.
